Due to the nature of these products, all product sold are non-returnable. We believe that customer satisfaction is our number one priority and as a courtesy, we thoroughly look over our products for damages that would cause internal product defects and ensure they are properly packaged prior to shipping. In the unforeseen circumstance where you received a damaged parcel during shipment in which would effect your card internally, we ask you to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) with pictures of the damages in order to open a case.
